01Brief channel
Use the inquiry form for product requirements and the work email for reply routing. Contact details are collected for sourcing coordination; no street address or telephone is invented here. If drawings, artwork or supporting files are needed, the follow-up conversation can identify a suitable transfer method; this form does not pretend to provide an upload facility.
02What to include
Construction, thickness, dimensions, surface, artwork, pieces by variant, packaging, US destination, target timing and document questions. State whether each point is mandatory, preferred or open to an alternative. When dimensions or weights are given, include the unit and clarify whether they describe the finished mat, packaged item or carton.
03What happens next
The brief is reviewed for missing comparison fields before possible supplier questions are organized. Timing depends on requirement completeness and supplier confirmation. Responses should be treated as proposal inputs: compare offered values, deviations, charges, exclusions and exact-item evidence before approving a sample or commercial step.
